Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction. This role manages housekeeping staff, maintains high standards of hygiene, and ensures efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations
• Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare reports on staff performance, occupancy, and maintenance issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures
