We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our hotel cleaning operations at our location in the United States. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train staff on safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
• Monitor cleanliness standards through inspections and feedback.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to train staff effectively.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Hospitality or hotel experience is highly preferred.
