Responsibilities:

Office Cleaning:

• Clean and maintain the office, including workspaces, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize designated areas.
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Keep the office neat, clean, fresh, and presentable at all times.
• Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are properly stored and used.

Shortlet Apartment Cleaning:

• Clean and prepare apartments before guest check-in and after guest check-out.
• Thoroughly clean bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, and other areas of the apartment.
• Change bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linens as required.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, toilets, and other facilities.
• Arrange and present the apartment properly to ensure it is guest-ready.
• Check the apartment for damages, missing items, stains, smoke residue/burns, or other issues after each guest's stay.
• Report any damages, missing items, maintenance issues, or unusual observations to the appropriate supervisor immediately.
• Follow the company's cleaning checklist and standards for every apartment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Must be hardworking, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel to different shortlet locations within Lagos when required.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and respect for guests' privacy and company property.
