What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred; Senior High School graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Housekeeping operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room inspection standards, cleaning techniques, and public area maintenance.
- Experience supervising room attendants, public area attendants, and housekeeping staff.
- Familiarity with housekeeping inventory control, linen management, and housekeeping supplies management.
- Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards, guest service principles, and quality assurance procedures.
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety, sanitation standards, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to prepare staff schedules, assign workloads, and monitor team productivity.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and housekeeping management systems.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hotel operations.
- Professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
