PART TIME HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

Job Summary

The Part Time Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of guest rooms and designated hotel areas. The position ensures that cleaning standards and procedures are consistently followed to provide a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and assigned areas according to established hotel standards and procedures.
• Make beds, change bed linens, replenish towels and replace guest amenities as required.
• Ensure all guest rooms are properly cleaned, organized and presented before guest arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of housekeeping areas, corridors and other assigned public areas.
• Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies safely and appropriately.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items or any unusual conditions to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Assist the Housekeeping team with additional cleaning duties as assigned.
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Comply with hotel policies, safety procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.

Pay: Up to RM12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9.0 per week
