What they need
Maintaining building appearance, both internally and externally
Remove all trash and debris from exterior grounds, streets, stairwells, chutes and more
Perform property inspections and communicate any noted deficiencies outside your assigned scope
Minimum 1 year experience in a porter/groundskeeper role
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
Some problem-solving skills
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.
