Lodging One Hospitality, a leader in hotel development, ownership, management, and consulting, is hiring Housekeeping / Room Attendants for the new Hampton Inn by Hilton Manhattan Aggieville.

The Housekeeping / Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and designated areas to a high standard of cleanliness while providing friendly, professional service to our guests. Attention to detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to excellent cleanliness standards are key to success in this role.

This position is FLSA Non-Exempt and does not include employee supervision or operational oversight responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and designated areas according to established cleanliness standards and time expectations
• Make beds and change linens
• Dust, scrub, vacuum, and perform other routine cleaning duties
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
• Complete daily room assignments and accurately record serviced rooms
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
• Report shortages, damages, maintenance concerns, or security issues promptly
• Respond to reasonable guest requests and complaints in a professional manner, involving management or other team members when appropriate
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stocking levels of cleaning supplies and consumables
• Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and service standards
