Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of our hotel rooms and facilities. The successful candidate must be reliable, guest-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned public areas.
• Change bed linens, pillowcases, towels, and other room amenities as required.
• Replenish toiletries and guest supplies.
• Ensure that all rooms are clean, organized, and ready for guest arrivals.
• Report room defects, maintenance issues, and damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely.
• Follow hotel housekeeping standards, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from guests and the Front Office.
• Report lost and found items immediately to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, guest requests, and room readiness.
• Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties.
• Honest, hardworking, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work well with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors.
