Housekeeping Shift Leader

This role is vital to maintaining our high cleanliness standards and overall guest experience.

Duties:

• Supervising the cleaning of guestrooms on a daily basis including supervising the following;
• • Replacing all linen and towels in the room.
• • Vacuuming and dusting.
• • Replacing guest supplies.
• • Thorough bathroom cleaning.
• • Wall cleaning, mirrors and windows.
• Must be able to Kneel, squat, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Following the procedures for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and some public areas as outlined by Choice Hotels International.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Prompt reporting to work shift.
• Chart making, time keeping, light paperwork and some computer training.
• Detail oriented.
• Takes pride in a job well done.
• Successfully completes Choice University training in first 30 days.
• Some light curb appeal duties and cleaning of common areas required.
• Weekends and Holidays a must.
