Housekeeping Staff

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests, employees, or residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing high standards of cleanliness and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report low inventory.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent often preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel industry required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment (or willingness to learn).
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
