Job Title: Housekeeping Staff

Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests. This role also involves responding to guest requests courteously and ensuring all standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and hallways to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Set up rooms according to established standards
• Safeguard guest identity, privacy, and personal belongings at all times
• Inspect and ensure all room amenities are functioning properly
• Remove misplaced items from service areas and return them to their designated locations
• Report maintenance concerns and technical issues promptly
• Update room status on the assignment sheet accurately
• Return and restock the cleaning cart at the end of each shift
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests

Qualifications:

• Preferably a resident of Kawit or nearby areas in Cavite
• Willing to be assigned in Cavite
• College graduate (any field)
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping is an advantage
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Quick learner who can work with minimal supervision
• Communicates in a polite and professional manner
