Housekeeping Subcontractor Supervisor

Position Summary

The Housekeeping Subcontractor Supervisor is an independent subcontractor responsible for providing housekeeping services, recruiting and managing her own cleaning team, and ensuring all assigned services meet the company's quality standards.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the company's Account Managers and will be responsible for all aspects of your team's performance, staffing, and cleaning quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning Quality

• Ensure all housekeeping services meet the company's quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and correct any deficiencies promptly.
• Take responsibility for the quality and completeness of all work performed by her team.
• Address complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

2. Recruitment and Team Management

• Recruit and hire qualified housekeeping personnel for her team.
• Train and supervise her team to ensure consistent cleaning quality.
• Manage her team's schedules, attendance, and staffing coverage.
• Resolve personnel and performance issues directly with her team.

3. Communication with Account Managers

• Communicate directly with the company's Account Managers regarding schedules, service requirements, and operational issues.
• Respond promptly to feedback and requests from Account Managers.
• Report staffing shortages, service disruptions, and quality concerns.
• Confirm that required corrective actions have been completed.

4. Accountability

• Take full responsibility for the performance and quality of her team.
• Ensure all services meet the agreed scope of work and contractual requirements.
• Maintain reliable service delivery and professional standards.

Primary Performance Priority

Quality is the highest priority. You are expected to maintain consistently high cleaning standards, resolve deficiencies promptly, and ensure her team delivers the quality of service the company and its clients expect.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Work Location: In person
