About the role

Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for managing housekeeping operations at a resort, including team coordination, room inspections, and maintenance of cleanliness standards across all areas.

Key responsibilities

• Create work schedules and allocate duties to housekeeping team members
• Inspect cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms before handover to reception
• Oversee and monitor cleanliness and orderliness in all common areas of the resort
• Control, manage, and inventory guest amenities, linens, and cleaning chemicals
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning standards
• Report and coordinate with maintenance department when damage or defects are found in rooms or common areas

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel or resort housekeeping experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory level experience
• Leadership ability and capability to manage teams and resolve issues effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Physical fitness and agility
• Enthusiasm for work
