About the role

GRASS ASSET COMPANY LIMITED is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Vadhana, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across our properties. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring that all facilities meet our exacting standards. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the reputation of our hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning and maintenance services
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to verify cleanliness standards are met and maintained
• Create and manage housekeeping schedules and work assignments to ensure efficient coverage and timely completion of tasks
• Implement and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and health and safety standards across all areas
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance
• Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
• Liaise with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to coordinate operations and resolve issues
• Maintain detailed records of staff performance, cleaning logs, and maintenance activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven expertise in hospitality housekeeping standards and best practices within the tourism and hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and environmental sustainability practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating diverse teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
• Thai language proficiency is beneficial; English language skills are essential
