Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in housekeeping or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the front office to manage room assignments and prioritize cleaning based on guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure the timely turnover of occupied rooms to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper use and storage of equipment.
• Address guest concerns or special requests promptly, ensuring high levels of service.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
