Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and brand guidelines
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper usage
• Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens and guest items with attention to detail
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively
• Implement cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and best practices for commercial cleaning and custodial tasks
• Create the schedule for the housekeeping department following the company's Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial procedures, laundry operations, and safety standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management systems or related software is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform physically demanding tasks as required
• Prior experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning is highly advantageous
• Must be available weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
