Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college graduate.
• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in the role.
• Housekeeping NC II certification is an advantage.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Experienced in manpower handling, team supervision, and coordination.
• Physically fit and in good health.
• Hardworking, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Descriptions:

• Oversees and manages all housekeeping operations.
• Manage shift schedules, manpower allocation, and daily task assignments.
• Handle coordination with mall management for special request and reports
• Monitor supply usage and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare monthly accomplishment reports to client and management.
