Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and assign daily duties to housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared on time for guests.
• Check housekeeping standards and report maintenance issues.
• Train and guide housekeeping attendants and new employees.
• Monitor linen, towels, cleaning supplies, and other inventory.
• Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance/Engineering team to resolve room defects.
• Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services.
• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Conduct regular inspections and take corrective action when standards are not met.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
