Key responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect the work of housekeeping attendants to ensure compliance with cleanliness and brand standards
- Coordinate daily room assignments and work schedules
- Conduct training for new housekeeping staff and ongoing development for current team members
- Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; assist with stock ordering and control
- Respond to guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols in all guest and service areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate departments
- Collaborate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with performance evaluations and staff motivation to uphold team morale and productivity
