• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels based on occupancy and operational needs
• Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and custodial practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
• Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is highly desirable
