Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

This role involves leading and managing housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards. You will inspect rooms and public areas to ensure everything is perfect before guests arrive, interact with guests to understand their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints quickly and professionally. You will also manage schedules, supplies, and ensure the team works efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure everything is perfect before guests arrive
• Talk to guests, listen to their needs, and solve any issues or complaints quickly and with a smile
• Manage schedules, supplies, and ensure the team works efficiently and safely

About you

• At least 2 years working in Housekeeping
• At least 1 year in a Leadership or Supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage a team and give clear directions
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• Can communicate easily with international guests
• High standards and attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to handle guest complaints calmly, professionally, and effectively
• Disciplined, honest, and responsible
• Strong attention to detail
• Currently live in Bali
