Job Description

We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to manage day-to-day cleaning and sanitation operations at prestigious client sites including offices, hospitals, malls, and IT parks. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff and ensure impeccable hygiene standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily tasks and shifts
• Inspect premises and ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Manage and replenish cleaning materials and equipment inventory
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene protocols, and safety
• Prepare daily attendance, performance records, and site reports
• Liaise with client facility managers to resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with green cleaning and waste segregation norms

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th Pass; 12th or above preferred
• 2-4 years in housekeeping supervision in corporate/hospital/mall setting
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery (scrubbers, polishers), and eco-friendly practices
• Good communication skills in English and local language
