Housekeeping Supervisor

We have Opening for Executive Housekeeper in Summer House Hotel

MINIMUM 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFFERED in Hotel industry

Preferable : Hotel industry

Salary : 18000/-

• Manage and supervise all housekeeping operations.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas.
• Plan and monitor room cleaning schedules and staff duty rosters.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Maintain adequate stock of linen, uniforms, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for room defects and repair requirements.
• Monitor housekeeping expenses and control departmental costs.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular room and public-area inspections.
• Maintain housekeeping records, inventory, lost & found, and related reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
