Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities Job Description

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring all team members are following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any facility issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels for cleaning and maintenance.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are addressed in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on housekeeping activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
