Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and custodial tasks
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
• Implement and monitor safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld and identify areas for improvement
• Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
• Collaborate with management to develop cleaning schedules, assign duties, and optimize operational efficiency

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality, commercial, or industrial settings
• Strong background in cleaning, sanitation management, and industrial or commercial cleaning practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff at all levels
• Experience overseeing janitorial operations, laundry services, or hospitality housekeeping is highly desirable
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest or client experiences
• Previous management or team supervision experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
