Duties

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness standards
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations across all housekeeping activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments
• Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality industry best practices, and guest service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
• Strong communication skills to lead teams, train staff, and interact professionally with guests
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies management, and safety regulations related to custodial work

Pay: $18.40-$29.87 per hour
