Job Summary
We are looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily housekeeping operations. This role involves coordinating staff, updating room status, and ensuring guest requests are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff
- Update and track room status
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams
- Handle guest requests (cleaning, extra items, etc.)
- Answer calls and manage housekeeping records
- Report maintenance issues
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in english
- Able to multitask
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
