Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and sanitation standards
• Monitor cleaning quality to maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction
• Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks based on operational needs
• Conduct inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resources
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork among staff

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management
• Strong staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and laundry operations is highly desirable
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Leadership qualities that foster a positive work environment focused on quality and safety

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
