Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest service across the property. The role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to foster teamwork, ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and the delivery of world-class guest experiences.

Knowledge

• Housekeeping operations, standards, and best practices in the hospitality industry
• Cleaning chemicals, equipment usage, and safety procedures
• Inventory management, linen control, and asset accountability
• Hotel SOPs, service quality standards, and health and safety regulations

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
