Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff and daily household cleaning activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly cleaning schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and other household areas are cleaned to a high standard.
• Inspect completed work and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization throughout the house.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, proper use of equipment, and household standards.
• Monitor the use of cleaning materials, detergents, toiletries, and other household supplies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning products, linens, towels, and other housekeeping items and inform management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Ensure proper care and handling of furniture, appliances, fixtures, decorations, and other household belongings.
• Coordinate laundry, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothes, linens, and towels.
• Ensure bedrooms are properly prepared and maintained according to the household's requirements.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, repairs, or missing items to the employer/management.
• Coordinate with other household staff, such as drivers, cooks, gardeners, and maintenance personnel, when required.
• Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Handle special cleaning arrangements before and after guests, events, or family occasions.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and discreet attitude toward the family and guests.
• Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by the employer.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
