Housekeeping Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities across the plant, production sheds, offices, canteen, washrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Allocate duties and monitor housekeeping workers’ attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure proper cleaning of fabrication areas, walkways, and common areas.
• Ensure safe collection and disposal of waste and scrap materials.
• Ensure housekeeping workers follow PPE and plant safety rules.
• Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Maintain daily housekeeping checklists and attendance records.
• Coordinate with Production, Safety, and Maintenance teams to maintain cleanliness.
• Report housekeeping issues and manpower requirements to HR / Plant Administration.
• Maintain all housekeeping records in the shared drive.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 10th / Intermediate qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or PEB industry.

Key Skills

• Manpower supervision, cleanliness monitoring, safety awareness, coordination, and basic reporting skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
