We are looking for an experienced House Governess / Housekeeping Supervisor who can lead household personnel and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and service excellence in a private executive residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, cook, caregivers, and drivers.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene, and organization throughout the residence.
• Manage staff schedules, task delegation, performance monitoring, and household supplies.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and accessible environment for senior citizens and a household member with physical limitations.
• Establish housekeeping standards, inspection routines, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a House Governess, Housekeeping Supervisor, or Private Household Manager.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a household team.
• Excellent knowledge of professional housekeeping, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Highly attentive to detail, proactive, trustworthy, and discreet.
• Experience supporting households with senior citizens or individuals with mobility limitations is an advantage.
