Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, provide training, and ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail and excellent service. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure the proper use of equipment and materials.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues in rooms and common areas.
• Ensure guest requests and special instructions are met efficiently.
• Assist with scheduling shifts and managing the housekeeping team’s workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position within the housekeeping department.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• With own visa and NOC is a MUST.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
