Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspect guest rooms and public areas thoroughly and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Good record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet operational deadlines.
• High standards of personal hygiene, grooming, honesty, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
