Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining pristine cottages overlooking the beautiful White River.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met
• Oversee the daily cleaning, inspection, and turnover of guest rooms and cottages
• Coordinate staff schedules, workflows, and task assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain great attention to detail while working efficiently
• Conduct regular room inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with property standards
• Work effectively alongside team members to complete daily cleaning assignments
• Maintain a flexible work schedule that includes days, weekends, and holidays
• Uphold a professional appearance and a positive, attitude

Qualifications and Requirements

• Leadership or supervisory experience managing people
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to motivate a team, solve problems proactively, and thrive in a high-pressure hospitality environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
