Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
• Ensure cleanliness across all assigned areas.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and duty rosters.
• Manage cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Retail, supermarket, or hypermarket experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
