Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation protocols
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
• Implement safety regulations and best practices to create a secure working environment for all team members
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial work, industrial or commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management
• Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or team management experience
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests or clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment, laundry processes, and custodial supplies
• Demonstrated ability to enforce safety procedures and promote a safe working environment

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
