Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary Brik Oven is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the outlet. The candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, ensure proper cleaning of kitchen and dining areas, monitor hygiene practices, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in line with food safety standards.

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining spaces, washrooms, storage areas, and common areas.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with food safety and company guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and take corrective action wherever required.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to maintain a clean and hygienic outlet.
• Report maintenance issues and hygiene-related concerns to the management.
