Housekeeping Supervisor

The Riad Sa’eed, a luxury boutique riad in the heart of Marrakech’s Medina, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

We are seeking a hands-on professional with a strong sense of organisation, high standards of cleanliness, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Supervise and actively participate in daily housekeeping operations.
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail across guest suites and public areas.
* Inspect rooms and ensure they are perfectly prepared for arrivals and throughout guests’ stays.
* Coordinate and support the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
* Prepare and oversee thoughtful room arrangements for special occasions, including floral arrangements and personalised guest touches.
* Monitor linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies, ensuring stock is well managed.
* Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the relevant team members.

*Requirements*
* Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role.
* A hands-on attitude and the ability to lead by example.
* Good command of English.
* An eye for detail, presentation, and aesthetics, including flower arrangements and special occasion setups.
* Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach.
* Previous experience working in a riad or boutique luxury hotel is a plus.
