Join our team as the Housekeeping Supervisor. Compensation range $16 to $16.50 per hour. Must have open schedule including weekends.

The hotel housekeeping supervisor manages daily cleaningoperations, inspects guest rooms, schedules and trains staff, and ensurescompliance with brand and sanitation standards. They coordinate supplyinventories, handle lost-and-found items, and resolve guest complaints tomaintain high satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign daily room cleaning tasks, conduct shift briefings, and coach team members.
• Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and public areas using checklists to ensure 100% adherence to hotel standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and reorder linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities while managing department budgets.
• Guest & Maintenance Liaison: Address guest requests or complaints and report facility damages or repairs to the maintenance department.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, sanitation, and OSHA safety regulations across all shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of housekeeping experience, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, time-management, and verbal communication skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
