Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage our cleaning team and keep our facility clean, safe and well presented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff
• Inspect work areas to make sure cleaning standards are met
• Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance
• Train and guide cleaners on correct cleaning methods and safety practices
• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment, and request replenishment
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues quickly
• Report daily to management on service and staffing
• Follow health, safety and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and chemicals
• Good communication and leadership skills

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
