Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead daily housekeeping and custodial operations, keeping assigned spaces clean, sanitary, safe, and ready for use. You’ll coordinate staff, set clear priorities, and check work quality while responding promptly to service needs. Your impact: Consistent cleaning and sanitation help guests, customers, and staff enjoy healthier, well-maintained spaces.

Duties

• Assign work, coordinate schedules, and provide day-to-day staff supervision and team management.
• Inspect rooms and shared areas; confirm cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks meet established standards.
• Oversee cleaning and sanitation management across housekeeping, janitorial, commercial, or industrial cleaning operations, as applicable.
• Maintain supplies and equipment, follow safety regulations, and address hazards or service concerns.
• Communicate priorities and updates to staff and coordinate customer service responses with relevant teams.

Skills

• Required: Supervising experience, team supervision, leadership, and clear managerial communication.
• Required: Cleaning, sanitation, and the ability to follow safety regulations and established procedures.
• Required: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: Custodial experience, janitorial experience, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience.
• Preferred: Hospitality, laundry, or housekeeping management experience.
• Strong management and customer service skills, with the ability to organize work and support a dependable team.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
