Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff
- Ensure infection control and health & safety compliance
- Manage waste disposal and report maintenance issues
- Support audits and inspections
About You
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
- Experience in housekeeping (care setting desirable)
- Knowledge of hygiene and infection control practices
- Positive, team-focused attitude with flexibility
