Housekeeping Manager – Hotel

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily housekeeping operations of our hotel. The manager will supervise housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms and common areas, maintain cleanliness and brand standards, manage supplies and inventory, coordinate room status with the front desk, and ensure a clean and comfortable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory
• Coordinate room readiness with the front desk
• Handle housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally
• Maintain productivity and cleanliness standards
• Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel housekeeping management experience required
• Choice Hotels experience preferred
• Extended-stay hotel experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Must be dependable and able to manage a housekeeping team effectively

Work Location: In person

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
