What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and room inspection practices.
- Familiarity with housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and proper safety procedures.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve quality and productivity standards.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with guests and other hotel departments.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and hotel service standards.
- Proficient in preparing housekeeping reports, attendance records, and inventory monitoring.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
