Housekeeping Trainer

Requirements:-

• Possess Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Level 3.
• Preferably with a minimum of one or two years of working experience in housekeeping or tutoring in housekeeping.
• Possess VTO or Tvet-i certification.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:-

• Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops relating to the subject matter.
• Formulate training procedures and lead hands-on practical training sessions in a lab or simulated hotels environment, demonstrating proper cleaning procedures for guest rooms, public areas, and specialized surfaces.
• Responsible for mentoring and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting professionalism and strong work ethics.
• Provided one-on-one coaching and feedback to students, ensuring the development of meticulous attention to detail and efficient work practices.
• Monitor performance progress and guide students in each competency,
• Ensure students assessment records are updated in the system after assessment is carried out.
• Ensure students welfare at all times.
