Soft Services Training Executive – Job Description

• Plan and conduct induction, onboarding and refresher training for housekeeping and soft service employees.
• Conduct classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) at client locations.
• Train employees on housekeeping SOPs, cleaning methods and service standards.
• Provide practical training on cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery.
• Train employees on washroom hygiene, floor care, glass cleaning, carpet cleaning and waste management.
• Conduct training on PPE, workplace safety and safe chemical handling.
• Train employees on grooming, personal hygiene, discipline and workplace behaviour.
• Provide training on customer service and communication skills.
• Conduct site-specific training based on client requirements and scope of work.
• Identify training gaps through site visits, audits, client feedback and operational observations.
• Conduct employee competency assessments and practical demonstrations.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to identify employees requiring additional training.
• Support new-site mobilisation and employee deployment training.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, checklists and toolbox-talk content.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment, OJT and training records.
• Prepare and submit monthly training reports and MIS.
• Conduct corrective and refresher training based on service complaints and audit findings.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training and recommend improvement actions.
• Ensure employees follow ACS SOPs, safety standards and client-specific procedures.
• Travel to different client locations as required.
• Support Operations in improving service quality, employee competency and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
