About the role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Utility Personnel who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper upkeep of the office and water refilling station.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, comfort rooms, meeting rooms, and surrounding areas
- Sweep, mop, clean windows, tables, cabinets, and other office areas
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of office plants and aquarium
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and properly arranged
- Clean and maintain water gallons and the water refilling station
- Monitor and record the movement of water gallons through the logbook
- Ensure that drinking water is always available in the office
- Prepare and serve water and assist in maintaining the meeting room when there are visitors or meetings
- Wash and maintain cleanliness of glasses and pantry utensils
- Perform regular checking and cleaning of assigned areas throughout the day
