Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Handle all laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care.
• Conduct dry cleaning tasks as needed for delicate or special garments to ensure proper care and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability of essentials like toiletries, towels, and linens.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting linens or standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest needs professionally.
