Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will supervise a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure effective cleaning and maintenance of all areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high-quality cleaning standards
• Conduct regular inspections of housekeeping areas to identify and address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and supplies
• Participate in quality assurance programs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing, therapy, and dietary, to ensure effective communication and teamwork
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by ensuring all staff and residents are aware of and follow safety protocols

Salary: $38,000 - $40,000 ANNUALLY
